Postdoctoral Fellow Positions Available:
Opportunity: Positions as a postdoctoral fellow are available in the laboratory of iPSCs research and banking . The positions are in the field of stem cell biology, cellular reprogramming and differentiation towards cardiac and neuronal lineages, and represent an attractive opportunity for motivated young sceintists interested in gaining experience and technical expertise for a career in cutting edge research, with a specific focus on iPSCs biology and cell banking.
Duties and Responsibilities: Highly motivated candidates will implement ongoing research projects as well as design novel strategies in the fiels of iPSCs for disease modelling and cell banking. Applicants with technical skills in stem cell biology, viral gene transfer, gene editing and molecular biology are preferred. Candidates will also be directly involved in executing in vivo technical procedures and will be required to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic Qualifications: Ph.D in biological science or a related field is required. Laboratory experience and familiarity with tissue culture techniques, molecular biology and biochemistry is necessary.
